Reed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be supporting our Medway based client who is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12-month contract basis.
The ideal Finance Manager would need to be able to show experience with UK & US accounting procedures and be able to show experience with the following duties:
Finance Manager Duties:
• To prepare & present monthly and annual accounts of two support companies of the Group
• Full Profit & Loss analysis
• Full balance Sheet with reconciliations
• Cash Flow Statements and cash flow forecast
• Provide commercial support as deemed necessary to these organisation
• Liaising with the creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders directly.
• Seek collection of dues and raising commercial invoices (usually minimal)
• Prepare & present monthly management accounts
• Prepare Monthly financial commentary.
• Reconciling key ledgers (e.g., Inventory, Debtors, and creditors)
• Ensure accruals and prepayment of expenses and reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns for entities.
• Posting of accounting entries
• Invoicing and banking transactions
If you are able to show the relevant experience from a similar Finance Manager, have a professional Accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA and you are available immediately for work, then please apply!
