We are recruiting on behalf of a National Organisation for a Kitchen Assistant to work in a local care home based in Chatham.
Your main duties will include preparing beverages and food whilst keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and any other general catering duties requested.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.
Hours worked Monday to Friday will be paid at £9 per hour and a premium rate of £13.50 per hour for any weekend hours.
You must have a Food Handlers Certificate and a current Enhanced DBS. You will also need to be fully vaccinated against coronavirus (COVID-19) as of 11th November, unless exempt under the regulations.
The position starts on or after 15th November and is temporary, however, there are opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.
