We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The Key Account Manager's responsibilities include growing their multiple client base by ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities with our clients and to attend all client meetings on behalf of the company. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients. The role will be based in our Maidstone Head Office and will come with a company vehicle.

Duties/ Responsibilities.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters related to specific clients. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
• Arranging site visits and site surveys in order to complete quotations, meeting with
clients onsite when required.
• Assisting in and preparing plans and quotations. Developing budgets and work time estimates.
• Identifying opportunities for growth. Regularly liaising with clients. Focusing on
growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales.
• Monitoring day to day performance of each account. Maintaining targets and KPI’s.
• Providing reports as and when required by company directors.
• Regularly liaising with operational staff handling account, ensuring client is satisfied
and receiving correct customer service. Line managing staff and engineers.
• Reviewing of all budgets for annual labour and material costs, ensuring they are in
line with PPM frequencies.
• Attending client meetings and networking with contacts. Hold meetings with
customers monthly, quarterly, bi annually and annually to review contracts.
• Negotiating contracts , rates , SLAs and KPIs with clients, maximising business potential.

• Representing the organisation at client meetings and all external events.

Skills and Qualifications
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
