We are a busy commercial construction company who work on varying projects across the South East.
Our company is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to manage the complete order cycle alongside Senior Management.
We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support is essential in this position ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is received.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, pro-active and organised. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success.
The successful candidate will need to have a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Applications, Adobe and a willingness to learn other applications as required. They will also be detail focused and comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
You will ideally have good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deal with clients, suppliers and team members alike.
The daily tasks will include but not limited to:
Engineering Diary Organisation
Ordering Equipment and Plant Hire
Client Quotations
Maintenance Schedules
Client Order Processing
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
Our office is located on the Eurolink Industrial Estate, Sittingbourne
This role is:
Full Time – Permanent Contract
Hours 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary – £21,000 per annum
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
