Sales Consultant

My client, a successful and established organisation are looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven Sales Consultant to join their passionate and thriving team.
This position offers flexi/ hybrid working after full training is completed.
Duties include:
* Identifying opportunities for new business within the market, generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales (both inbound and outbound calls)
* Contacting potential customers via telephone, email, or social media
* Manage quotations effectively from enquiry to order
* Produce sales quotations/pro-forma invoices
* Effectively promote products, upselling and cross selling where possible
* Inputting data into a CRM and manage tools to schedule in follow up calls
* Working to KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager
* Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
* Suggest improvements to websites and monitor competitor pricing
* Building long term relationships with new and existing customers
* Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively
The right candidate will have/be:
* A background with Sales
* Working knowledge of online sales/e-commerce processes is desirable
* Strong negotiation skills
* Demonstrable experience and evidence of previous sales performance against KPI's
* A confident and enthusiastic team player
* Well organised and flexible
* Excellent communication skills
* Some knowledge of building products would be advantageous, however product training will be provided
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Working knowledge of online sales/e-commerce processes is desirable
* Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
* Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
