Customer Service Representative - £26k - Mitcham
Your new company & role
A global manufacturing business in Mitcham are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers.Key duties include: handling queries for orders, quotes, deliveries and complaints
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service position, having worked in the manufacturing or engineering sectors, dealing with B2B customers. Previous use Salesforce and CRM is preferred.
What you'll get in return
This is permanent role and you'll receive an annual salary of £26k plus private medical cover, pension and 31 days holiday.
