Barker Munro recruitment is assisting an expanding Insurance organisation in recruiting additional Claims handlers into the busy team.
This is a superb role for candidates who are genuinely interested in making a career for themselves in Insurance. Training will be provided and previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential! If you have good communication skills, experience on offering great customer service and have at least 5 GCSE’s Grade C/4 or above including in Maths and English – then this could be suitable for you!
The role as Claims Advisor will require you to setup new motor insurance claims on the system and
Deal with motor claims telephone enquiries. You will be trained how to Validate policies/checking indemnity, call clients to gain further information when needed, instruct various suppliers to assist in dealing with claims and answer the telephone within agreed service standards.
There is a great career path ahead of you within this expanding insurance organisation. This role is currently working from home but there will be a hybrid working bring introduced soon with will require a split hybrid role work possibly 2 /3 days in the office each week.
