Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ashford
Salary: £11.00ph
Contract: Approx. 6 weeks, could be extended
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm!
If you are a highly skilled Receptionist we have an excellent opportunity for you working within a friendly, local construction company starting this week.
The duties in your new role would be:
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering the telephone and diverting calls to the relevant departments
* Proactively solving any issues that arise
* Keeping the Reception area tidy and presentable
* Booking meeting rooms
* Other administration duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience on a busy reception
* Experience of working within the construction sector is desirable
* A friendly, warm and approachable personality
* You can start and interview immediately
