This is an exciting role working for a large independent hospital providing safe, outstanding quality care for their patients.



Managing their marketing campaigns, you will support revenue targets and promote their reputation



Duties include:



* Devise, plan and manage specific targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads for the Sales Team
* launch new services and plan future promotional activity
* Day to day management of proactive and reactive communications
* Management of their marketing agency, designer and print supplier
* Produce content, including copy writing
* Day to day tracking and management of the Marketing budget
* Work with business leads to ensure that promotional offers are commercially viable
* Identify, secure and market patient & consultant case studies
* Ensure key journalists are identified, relationships built and press contact list maintained
* Deputise for Communications & Marketing Director on crisis comms and participate in on call rota
* Be responsible for the delivery of our bimonthly staff newsletter
* Responsible for managing the News section of our website, including forward planning and posting stories to ensure the site is refreshed and maximises promotional opportunities
* Work with our Digital Marketing Lead to optimise social media opportunities and key word search



It is essential that you have proven experience in marketing ideally within the health care sector. You will also be Educated to degree level in a relevant subject. You will have excellent PR and communication experience with up-to-date knowledge and understanding of media, including social media. Being creative your skills will include writing creative and engaging copy, proof‐reading, and correcting content, presentation and public speaking skills.

You will also be able to manage a budget and be results driven
