Customer Services & Administrator - Entry level role
Friendly Tunbridge Wells firm are looking to recruit a new member to their busy Customer Services Team. This is a fast-paced environment and the successful individual will work well in a team providing support to clients and colleagues.
You will have a good work ethic and duties will include but not limited to:
• Taking queries over the telephone and via email from clients and customers
• Data entry
• Checking information and following up any discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service
Training will be provided but some experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. Due to the nature of the queries you will be dealing with a B or Level 6 in Mathematics is required.
Salary between £17-£19k.
Working Monday to Friday.
