I am working with this Secondary Academy to recruit an experienced Exams Officer. The Exams Officer role in this school will ideally start in November 2021 on a temporary basis.

The core focus of a School Exams Officer is to manage the logistics, administration and staffing of exams across the school. This role is highly demanding and requires someone who can multi-task and prioritise to a high level. The successful candidate will know and manage information coming from various examination bodies, disseminating this information to the relevant parties. They will organise a suitable timetable for exams and ensure that they are staffed accordingly. In so doing they will manage a team of invigilators.

The right candidate will have up to date knowledge of secondary school exam bodies, the management and organisation or exams timetable and good management skills to cope with a heavy workload.
