Our client are a successful international business with multiple industry awards, and exciting future growth plans. As a result, they are now ready to recruit an internal recruiter/TA executive, to play a key operational function in driving the staffing of the company forwards.
Working from Head Office in Tunbridge Wells, or their offices in Central London, (can be hybrid working or office based!). You will take a leading role in driving the company forwards, by engaging and attracting talent across each of their international offices and sub divisions, earning commission from each.
Working closely with team managers, and the Head Office senior team, you will assess and agree hiring need, and take a proactive approach to identifying, engaging and onboarding talent.
The role suits someone who can mobilise and manage a pipeline of potential talent, as well as manage brand reputation and use a broad base of tools to achieve objectives.
Could be an ideal opportunity to transition from recruitment consultancy into a TA role, or for a current Talent attraction consultant looking for their next career challenge
£40-50k package DOE + superb benefits – hybrid working, high performance technology tools, company computer and phone, regular travel, gym membership, and much more.
Tunbridge Wells head office or London. Can be part home working flexibly
