Financial Reporting Manager | London Hybrid | £70k - £80k+

Practice trained, technically strong ACA/ACCA Financial Reporting Manager is required to work for a rapidly expanding, Global FinTech business at a key point in their preparation for further growth.

Working in a hybrid style with at least two days per week in the office, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Take ownership of business activity reporting for certain financial statement line items and/or regional entities, including driving timely and accurate delivery of inputs from wider business;
• Drive close of general ledger in accordance with month end timetable and review work delivered by finance analysts;
• Perform/review reconciliations and journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely (right first time);
• Prepare monthly statutory entity packs (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) by region/market, inclusive of commentaries (not only ensuring completeness and accuracy, but understanding the drivers);
• Deliver all local regulatory/ compliance/ tax reporting;
• Support departments and finance business partners on financial accounting matters, including accuracy of results across departments and commentary on material entries;
• Work with finance teams to streamline and standardise month-end processes; and
• Seek to constantly improve and implement best practice within the team.


• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, preferably also with experience in industry;
• Good academics (min 2:1) with strong A levels;
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity;
• Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to detail;
• Collaborative, proactive and able to work across teams in Finance (and beyond) to drive deliverables and process improvement;
• Strong Excel skills;
