Position:
ECEUK Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.


ECE UK Limited is a manufacturing company based in Kent, selling a wide range of ventilation equipment.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Create and plan social media posts in line with campaigns and product focus.
• Create brand awareness and further develop the company’s brand.
• Maintain and run our online shop https://www.aahuk.com/ (creating quotes/orders, updating product prices and information).
• Maintain and run https://www.eceuk.com/ (creating new content, updating vlogs and blogs).
• Responding to customer queries via social media, email, telephone, and live chat.
• Update and improve, to a high standard, various company documents.
• Implement impactful and converting multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid media, social media, SEO and content marketing.
• Understanding business objectives, can carry out competitor/market research to identify opportunities and perform marketing activities to meet objectives.
• Updating and maintaining Google AdWords / Analytics / Merchant Centre.

Experience:
• Administration.
• Ideally, educated to degree level in Marketing and Communications.
• Have experience with the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• A strong understanding of social media and email marketing.
• Computer literate and a fast learner
• Strong organisational and customer communication skills.
• Experience working with automation software and CRMs is hugely beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
