We are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, committed and proactive individual to join our well established and highly successful small team of Recruitment Consultants based in our Herne Bay office. Although the role is based from Kent, you would need to travel to London at least once per month to conduct face-to-face interviews with both clients and candidates.
This is a full-time role and you will be responsible for interviewing and placing candidates within prestigious private households throughout the UK and overseas. Ideally you will have gained some previous recruitment experience, however, this is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
You must have strong communication skills in terms of writing emails and liaising with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face. In-house training will be given on our comprehensive recruitment database so a confidence in using a PC is required.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Salary: OTE is £30,000. Your commission is uncapped so the ability to earn more is absolutely there.
