I am working with a well established Estate Agent who are Maidstone based looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career and grow the career ladder within Estate Agency,
Day to Day duties:
• Generate potential buyers and vendors
• Greeting buyers and vendors and supporting them throughout their process
• Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
• Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
• Registering new customers and matching their requirements to arrange viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Accompanied Viewings
Ideal candidate for the trainee sales negotiator:
• Previous experience within a sales role is desirable however not essential
• Candidate will be required to have a driving licence
• Required to live local to Maidstone area and have a good understanding of the area
• Be career driven and keen to develop a career within estate agency
• Proactive and organised
• Smart and well presented
• And most importantly have an outward personality!
Extras:
• Salary basic between £20-£25k starting with an OTE of £25-£28k
• 4 weeks holiday
• Monday – Saturday (day off on a Tuesday)
• Weekday hours 9am-5:30pm – Saturday hours 9am-5pm
• The company can provide a very clear career progression and personal growth.
