JOB ROLE

You are an implementer, facilitator and inspiring team manager. You work with the Social Media Lead & Head of Social Media to shape and deliver the social media offering & team at Sleeping Giant Media, as well as work closely with key clients to deliver social media campaigns and strategies to an exceptional standard.

- Support the Account Manager & social media team in the delivery of strategy to ensure best practice is in place at all times.

- Work collaboratively with the Account Manager on the strategic planning of client hours and monthly task setting.

- Line manage the Social Media Executives and Senior Social Media Executives in the team.

- Support the social media team in the daily optimisation & management of accounts & campaigns.

- Inspire, nurture & coach the social media team so they can deliver the best service & work to our clients.

- Liaise directly with key clients and report on account & campaign performance, with the commercial acumen to grow and develop your accounts.

- Work with the Social Media Lead to implement new social media processes to keep us at the forefront of social innovation.

- Support the commercial team & Social Media Lead in the development of new business proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

- A passion, curiosity and fluency in digital and social media.

- Facebook Blueprint certification.

- Competent in using social analytics, monitoring and publishing software as well as Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social & Google Analytics.

- Ability to generate & effectively distribute social media processes.

- Be able to prioritise, manage your own time and your own workload.

- Be able to manage and inspire a team.

- Ensure your written and spoken English is to a high quality (equivalent to standard of B grade or higher English Language GCSE).

- Support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings.

- Contribute towards positive client feedback by delivering the best service.

- Use Asana to log your assigned tasks correctly.

- Ensure that your actions in the company are in line with the company vision and mission.

- Attend work related events when required to do so.
