Aside from the salary advertised, there are many perks and benefits to working with the Giants.

- Flexibility, flexibility, flexibility: We’re all about the win-win situation, and with us you’ll have a lot to gain. We’re only asking for 2 days in the office a week to make sure you can still remember names and faces, and to collaborate with your amazing team. We’re more than up for working strange hours if you’d like to, and if you need to take a break in the middle of the day to pick up the kids, to take the dog for a walk, or to finish off that warhammer painting, the WOW Policy gives you the chance to do that. As long as it works for the business, and we both get what we need, it’s included in our WOW Policy.

- Progression: If you’re putting in a lot, you’ll get a lot out of it. It only makes sense for us to reward those who are driving the business forward in an accountable and sustainable way, so if you count yourself among those who can do that, we’ll back you up.

- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: No matter which walk of life you come from, if you’ve got the talent, we will make sure you’ve got what you need to embrace it and use it for good. If you consider yourself an outsider, you’ll find a community of them here with us.

- Live the London life, without the London prices: Being in Folkestone, you’ve got access to niche shops, varied entertainment, and more impressively - the beach. Our agency vibe would fit right in Camden, but you get the joys of sitting in a ballpit by the sea.

- Value: both of you, and the world we live in. If you’ve got the talent, you’ve got our praise. We value all our Giants, but that’s not the only thing we value. We value our impact in society and around the globe, so we want to do what we can to leave a better world that we joined. If you want to do something for this world, you’ll find a chance to do it here.

- Big team: With a big team comes a big responsibility - to one another! As one of the UK’s largest agencies (but with a small agency feel), we make sure we lift each other up through training, support, coaching, the right tools, the right equipment.

- Work/Life balance, for real: We've got things we put on, but if you don't want to be involved, you don't have to. We want to appeal to everyone here, and if you want to switch off when the work's done, then by all means, leave work at the door! But if you want a team who you can celebrate with, we have that too.

- Autonomy - as a manager, not being micro managed can be a good thing. You’ll have a “supported autonomy”, meaning when you’re on the right tracks, we won’t interfere - but if you need a guiding hand, we’ll always be about to help.

- Access to quick decision making - another bugbear of being a manager is a slowed decision making process - but not with us! You’ll be able to make decisions quickly and effectively, cutting out that annoying part of being a manager.

- Support: Not only will you have 1 on 1 time with your manager, all Giants at your level form a separate team that can provide guidance and an outlet - there’s no need to be siloed, and no need to go it alone.

And that’s only the Giant part of the business. See the end of this job ad for some of the other benefits you’ll be offered as a Giant.

The team themselves are - as you’d expect - a creative bunch of people entirely passionate about what they do. Between drawing each other as animals, and the ongoing debate on whether a bourbon or a custard cream is the better biscuit, the team will be there to support you in what you need, and are always keen to learn. Like all Giants, they want what’s best for the client, so you can rest assured they’re up for anything!

The company itself is currently in its 13th year, and part of that success is through our values - we all have to wear CAPES. That is, we have to be a great Communicator, Accountable, Positive, Effective, and Self-Aware. To celebrate our Giant heroes, we make sure everyone is well taken care of. Our Giants can expect a healthcare cashplan, shopping rewards and discounts, unlimited holiday, and a fair bit more. We want to make our Giants more than just a namesake, so will recognise achievements not only through these benefits, but through serious opportunities for learning and progression.
