We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our small telephone sales team at our offices in Maidstone.
The main focus of this role is customer enquiry conversion and new customer retention, you will also be expected to take customer orders over the phone, answering customer queries and general office duties.
You will need an excellent telephone manner, must be I.T. literate and be able to work well within a small close knit team, our customers are mainly elderly people so an understanding, patient attitude is a must.
This is a temporary position with a twelve month contract to cover maternity leave, with an immediate start possible, competitive salary dependent on experience and a genuine fun and friendly work environment.
