Must Have Ideas Ltd is a friendly, small but very rapidly growing ecommerce company selling innovative ‘must have’ products to our growing customer base in the UK.
We are looking for a full time Accounts Assistant to join our small but busy friendly team. Working with the existing finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of functions and tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Bank reconciliations.
• Invoice processing.
• Accounts payable.
• Accounts receivable .
• Making payments to suppliers.
• Administering and paying staff expenses.
• Some HR admin and administering of payroll (with our external payroll provider).
• Ad-hoc project work when requested.
• Be well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Be happy to take responsibility and meet tight deadlines.
• Be computer literate and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Have experience in a similar role.
Experience using the Xero accounting system would also be an advantage.
