Salary: £50-55k depending on experience
The Financial Controller leads all aspects of the bank’s forecasting, management information, liquidity and capital management, and financial controllership. The role will also take a lead role in transforming the function’s processes to maximise the benefits of the bank’s new banking system during implementation over the next 12 months. The role reports to the bank CFO and oversees a small team of junior and qualified accountants.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has an eye for detail and control but is equally comfortable briefing internal/external auditors, the bank’s Board and Audit Committee, and the bank’s executive team. The role works closely with our business, operations and lending teams so the individual will need to possess a commercial and problem-solving mindset.
You will possess post-qualification as an accountant, preferably with experience in the financial services sector.
