We are looking for an experienced/aspiring Chief of Staff with proven experience in the financial services industry to become a key member of CAF Bank’s senior leadership team.

The opportunity

In this role, you will work closely alongside the CEO and COO, directly supporting their priorities. You will gain a full understanding of all aspects of running a bank from grass roots to board level activities. Not only will you have the unique opportunity to become involved with the Bank’s two-year transformation project but also the opportunity to work with the Charity Services Division to expand and enhance our financial services offering for UK charities.
This busy and diverse role is well suited to a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a positive attitude and a desire to make innovative change happen. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of a great team.
What we’re looking for:
• an experienced stakeholder manager with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships at all levels within the financial services environment.
• an accomplished communicator and a positive and energetic influencer, able to demonstrate professionalism, resilience and a high level of gravitas associated with the requirements for this role. You will be able to demonstrate an appreciation of a diverse workforce and differences in style and perspectives using these to add value to decisions.
• an individual who possesses exceptional professional writing skills with experience of preparing written communications for both internal and external audiences and have the ability to present complex messages in a clear and concise manner, paying strong attention to detail.
• someone who will bring to role an in-depth understanding of project management, financial governance, a flexible approach and a willingness and ability to take on a range of tasks and projects on behalf of the CEO CAF Bank and Charity Services as well as the capability to think strategically, balancing several agendas and working to tight deadlines.
