A Customer Service Advisor job in Kent paying £20k (plus benefits) handling customer claims and queries

Your new role
You will work to handle customer calls and maintain quality customer satisfaction through listening to customers, gathering relevant information and resolving their queries. You will use effective questioning technique, whilst also ensuring the customer's interests are at heart in every decision made, as well as directing them to different teams as required.



What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you must be based locally to Tunbridge Wells or be able to commute within a reasonable time. You will need to have excellent time management skills, organisation skills and readiness to help individuals. You will need to have good questioning techniques, be quick to making decisions and have excellent written and verbal communication skills


What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of up to £20k plus benefits and holiday. You will receive pension, healthcare, training and development. You will work 37.5 hours a week, full-time between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and also 9am-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays
