Sales Administrator
Mid Kent
£22k - £23,500 DOE
Mon- Fri (8:30 - 17:00)
A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator has opened for a driven individual looking to join a innovative and creative company!
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and are also capable of managing a number of concurrent workflows.
Duties include;
* Supporting customer service teams in day-to-day administrative tasks
* Dealing with general customer service queries in relation to products, pricing & technical information, ensuring the relevant team is informed
* Ensuring that sales order are processed and that all goods are dispatched in a timely manner
* Assisting with raising quotations and chasing for updates
* Keeping customer databases up to date and to a high standard
* Managing and updating customer contracts, central internal sales documents & customer accounts files
* Issuing sales invoices and credit notes as applicable
* Compliant handling and recording all statuses on CRM
* Liaising closely with operations, engineering, and despatch to ensure customer orders are correctly fulfilled
* Assisting with organising of collections and deliveries for orders/exchanges
* Maintaining price lists on CRM system
* Keeping the office clean and tidy
* General office duties and admin support
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* Previous experience in an office based Administrative/ Customer Service role
* Ideally trained in using Salesforce or Sage 200, not required
* A clean UK driving license
* Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows
* Strong communication skills
* A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
* Trained to an Intermediate level of all MS office applications
* Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
* Ambitious with energy and drive; demonstrating a passion to progress
