We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Senior Charity Verification Officer to work within our busy customer service team where you will provide an efficient and effective verification service to our customers and charitable beneficiaries.

You will have demonstrable customer service experience and a good working knowledge of anti money laundering, counter terrorist financing and HMRC legislation around charitable purpose.

You will work with charitable beneficiaries within the UK and internationally to get them verified, inline with CAFs policies and procedures, ensuring funds are used appropriately.

Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. It is essential that you work as an effective team player to achieve the strict service level deadlines.
