JOB TITLE: Sales Order Processor

LOCATION: Dartford

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm

SALARY: £22,000- £25,000 per annum

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays rising to 25 days after 5 years, Free parking, Bonus avaialble at multiple points through the year

We're teaming up with the Manager of this established company to find a new member to join their team. This is a fast paced position where the successful candidate will be speaking to customers, processing their orders, providing quotations and completing the administration work required. There is NO COLD CALLING in this role- you will be speaking to customers who have requested a call back and would like more information about the products available. With very low staff turnover, this is a great company to work for if you are looking for a secure, office based role.

Responsibilities

* Contacting new and existing clients
* Research new companies and leads
* Account Manager for customers
* Processing a high volume of customer orders
* Follow up any existing queries or quotations
* Filling out relevant paperwork
* Updating the database
* Administration duties such as filing and printing

Skills and attributes necessary

* Previous customer service/sales experience
* Resilient
* Confident over the phone
* Computer literate
* Experience using a CRM system
* Immediate availability is preferential
