We are looking for an experienced Flexible Front facing Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our well-established Financial Services client. Your main location for work in Central Gravesend, however you will be expected to travel to other locations, Maidstone, Medway, Strood, Canterbry, Gillingham. You will access to a car as you may need to cover at short notice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience working in a customer facing role, if you have worked in a banking or Financial Services company, this will be a benefit , although this is not essential. You will be expected to provide outstanding Customer Service, ensuring that their reputation is always upheld.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and build relationships with customers, both new and existing
* Ensuring a customer centric approach always
* Work to the required SLA's and have an in-depth understanding of internal procedures
* Demonstrate brilliant communication skills both face to face and over the phone
* Adhere to all bank legislations, policy, and procedures
* Process all transactions accurately
* Navigate the internal IT platforms efficiently
* Contribute to the overall team performance by reaching KPI's
Experience and Knowledge required:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (basic)
* Understanding of the Financial Services industry (desirable)
* Great communication & Customer Service skills
* GSCE/GCE qualifications in Maths & English
