Proejct Manager - Property Development

This well-established SME Property Developer is looking for a high calibre Project Manager to be responsible for project management/operation of property development sites including liaising with site managers and contractors regularly.

Being responsible for property development projects including residential and commercial property development and redevelopment works.

Managing the full project cycle from planning, procurement, design development, to satisfactory completion of construction and delivery of the project.

You will be managing, controlling and coordinating project schedules & implementation to ensure the project is completed on time.

Coordinating with various in-house departments, vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, etc. on all stages of the project in respect of regulations, schedule, cost, safety and quality.

Attend internal and external project meetings and provide regular progress updates for management's review and approval.

Requirements:

Ideally you will offer of experience in managing property projects in, preferably gained from property development or with an SME developer.

Knowledgeable in property management, building maintenance, leases and construction terms and practices would be an advantage along with being a problem solver who is highly motivated and well organised and able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Good communication and negotiation skills especially with external parties will be essential in this role.
