Since 1998 we have established ourselves as one of the South East’s premier commercial flooring contractors. Based in East Peckham, Kent we primarily serve the New Build, Housing Association, Commercial and Business Sector of the flooring market. We offer a comprehensive service, supplying and fitting carpets, laminate, vinyl, LVT, wood, carpet tiles and floor preparation from individual clients to national developer and contractors.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Hours/Days to suit but ideally minimum 20 hours per week over 4 days (weekdays only) and the ability to be flexible. 20 days holiday pro rata plus Christmas. Free Parking onsite.

Job Description

· Communicating with customers and clients through various channels.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

· General office duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

· Good Communication Skills

· Experienced and confident in Word and Excel

· Able to Work as a Team

· Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Under Pressure

· Attention to Detail

· Fast Learner

· Engaging Personality with good phone etiquette

· Multi-tasking
