JobsInKent.com are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Executive to assist in helping promote our rapidly growing websites. Previous telesales experience would be an advantage however the right candidate will be considered.
The role will be office based in Maidstone where you will be responsible for generating leads by targeting larger local businesses by telephone and in person. The position requires someone with huge drive, ambition and confidence in their abilities. You must be good on the telephone, be able to search for your own leads and work to targets.
We have four county leading Job boards which have been established for over ten years and have launched our fifth one this January.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and outgoing sales person, with passion and drive to succeed to join the team in Maidstone town centre.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:
Cold Calling
Networking
Converting sales
Dealing with a high volume of outbound calls
Achieving targets
Account management
In return we offer a competitive basic with uncapped commission, as well as team days out to celebrate a successful month
Applicants must be confident and able to build rapport at Manager and Director level.
