Fabulous new instruction for 3 International Logistics Fulfilment Specialists with a global manufacturing client within the area.
These roles have become available due to recent challenges within logistics combined with continued business expansion and are being presented initially on a fixed term contract basis for 1 year.
The added benefit with these positions is that they are hybrid roles, so 50% working from home and 50% working from the office!
We are searching for applicants who can offer the following:
Knowledge and experience of international logistics and customer service
Knowledge of the export sales process and shipping documentation would be an advantage
Numeracy, confidence and accuracy with figures, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel with any knowledge and experience using SAP helpful, although that can be taught.
Excellent interpersonal skills, in both written and verbal communication: with a capability to relay information effectively externally to global customers and internally to colleagues across all levels of the business.
Summary of the role:
The International Logistics Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for coordinating the flow of products & information between customers, supply chain and wider business in accordance with customer, country and company requirements.
This role will own the customers’ experiences from the point of order placement through to order collection/delivery.
The position will be administering orders for the Global Market Group business alongside subsidiary businesses and will be working to facilitate dispatch and invoicing from multiple sourcing sites globally.
The successful applicant will be working as part of a regional team pod supporting the clients global commercial organisation. Region responsibilities will be rotated over time to facilitate knowledge building and personal development within the team.
