Due to continual expansion of the busy Service Department, we are looking to add to our dedicated service team.
We are looking for an experienced service assistant / service supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. If you are if enthusiastic, dedicated, customer focused, and proactive we would like to speak to you!
Description:
This role will involve deputising for the service manager in the day-to-day running of the department when they are not available. The following tasks will include:
Service Department:
Providing customer telephone support with technical guidance and arranging engineer visits.
Logging reactive callouts as per company procedure.
Organising the identification and shipment of parts to company engineers.
Arranging quotations and processing spare parts orders for both UK and export customers.
Generating relevant paperwork in for parts to be shipped out of UK.
Provide support to Service Co-Ordinator in scheduling engineer visits as and when required.
Arrange installation and validation parts and information for field-based engineers.
QA / UKAS:
Generating Test Reports & Certificates for customers in line with the companies QA procedures.
Checking and signing certification where appropriate.
Coordinate Customer Returns
Maintain Customer Complaints Logging & Follow ups.
Candidate Requirements:
The candidate will need to be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills, personal time management and the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a time pressured environment.
Excellent computer skills - Word/Excel/Outlook are essential along with a good telephone manner
and attention to detail in works relating to signing off certificates.
Previous man-management experience would be advantageous as well as a technical knowledge of similar product(s) and/or work experience in a similar industry.
