Combustion Engineer- £45,000 - £50,000 DOE - Kent

Our client, a hugely successful Kent-based Building Services company, is looking to recruit a Combustion Engineer to join them on a Permanent basis. They cover a multitude of work across Kent, Essex & London (North, South, East and City).

The ideal candidate will:

* Need to attain advanced DBS clearance to work within Schools
* Have previous experience working on School projects
* Require a full driving licence
* Have the Relevant Commercial Gas qualifications including: COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1
* Be able to evidence experience in carrying out service and breakdown on industrial/commercial boilers and appliances
* Hold strong technical knowledge with fault finding and diagnostic ability
* Have Plumbing experience

Duties include:

* Routine and non-routine maintenance on all gas installations
* Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment
* Work with a variety of plant equipment such as gas appliances, gas boilers, heating plant, pumps and ventilation. Minor plumbing work may be required from time to time
* Check, repair and fix faults and life expired equipment
* Carrying out inspections and risk assessments
* Continually improve processes, ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum
* Ensuring that work is compliant & carried out within time constraints
* Working at height, PASMA and IPAF skills
