Role and Responsibilities
To play a key role in the continued growth of 1PS. We support Recruitment agencies by providing funding and back office services to allow them to grow.
You’ll be joining the Sales department, assisting the team and working closely with the heads of the business. You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and impact and affect the growth strategy.
Main tasks
Contacting existing leads on our internal CRM to generate new business
Self-generating leads and new business through cold calling, Linkedin and emails
Nurture sales leads through marketing campaigns and direct emails/newsletters
Maintaining department records and CRM, including spreadsheets and databases that track referrals, sales and customers
Support ongoing campaigns and identify upsell opportunities
Assist with the sales presentations and maintain accurate sales materials
Target research on key customers and market segments. Eg Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information to use to identify prospects
Qualifications and Skills
Previous Sales experience
Proactive and willing to chase for new opportunities
Experience of liaising with clients on phone, email and messaging
Good numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases
The ability to plan and organise, prioritise and delegate when needed
A calm, level-headed approach ensuring accuracy even under pressure

Practical and pragmatic
An interest in sales and desire to play a key role in a growing within the team
An interest in identifying and targeting key prospects, nurturing them through marketing campaigns
