Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Team Leader to join a growing and successful organisation based at Kingshill. You will have experienced of supervising a team with responsibility for work produced and will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an HR environment. Agile working available after the initial probation period has been passed.
Duties
- you will be responsible for ensuring contractual changes to the employee lifecycle are efficiently and accurately administered using SelectHR, ICIMS & ResourceLink software as well as managing and assisting with all areas of administration as required by HR and Payroll
- leading the team in fulfiling their roles
- overseeing the accurate upkeep of the self-service system
- overseeing the administration for starters, leavers and contract changes
Salary c£29,000 plus benefits and agile working
