Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a receptionist working for a corporate employer based in Herne Bay.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £19,000 - £20,500 DOE
Responsibilities Include:
• Maintaining reception including dealing with members of the public in person, responding to calls on the switchboard, taking messages and general reception duties
• Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
• Regulating stationery stocks and re-ordering through the administration department
• Maintaining a tidy reception area including watering plants and replacing newspapers
• Organising staff refreshments
• Dealing with daily banking on behalf of the Firm
• Liaison with Office Manager on day to day basis
