IT Support / Trainer
Location: Herne Bay
Salary: £20k - £25k

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician/Trainer to join our client's busy internal IT team in a professional services environment. Apart from providing the usual help desk service, you will also support users both face to face and remotely by training them on the internal systems and software.
Requirements:
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment, supporting users with their desktop software, hardware and networking problems.
A sound working knowledge of MS Windows 10 Professional and the MS Office suite, networked printers and telecom systems is essential.
Training on the firm’s bespoke systems will be provided.
The position is full-time and based at the Herne Bay office with frequent travel to other offices. Owner/driver with full clean driving licence.
