Established Solicitors practice with offices in West Sussex seek either a Solicitor or CILEX to take over an existing caseload of litigation matters (some home working is also on offer). You will be dealing with a mix of debt recovery, property litigation, neighbour/boundary claims, tenancy disputes and possession claims. Some experience with consumer issues, contested probates, business/partnership disputes or employment matters would be preferred.
