We are currently looking for Assembly Operatives to work for one of our busy clients based in Whitstable, Kent.
This job involves working in a cold warehouse maintaining and operating machines that produce safety products. You will be required to check all products that are being produced from the machines to make sure that they are up to a high standard and packing of the products making sure that they are in the correct packaging ready for distribution.
You will be required to work in teams within the warehouse and may be moved around to find the job that is most suitable for yourself.
Working hours are:
08:00 – 16:30
The pay rate for this position is £9.50 per hour
Public Transport can be used to get to this position.
The ideal candidate:
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work well on their own as well as part of a well-established team
• Keen eye for detail
• Be able to work at a fast but accurate pace
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Able to abide by health and safety regulations
Permanent position may be offered after completion of a successful probationary period.
Start dates are being offered ASAP.
