Greyfox have a position available as part-time maternity cover in our busy lettings department with the potential to become a permanent job share after the maternity period.
The role is three days a week including Saturday and involves registering potential tenants, carrying out viewings, dealing with the referencing process, some property management and covering for other members of staff on their day off. The position will require use of the candidate's own car.
Experience of the lettings industry or estate agency would be an advantage but it is more important that the candidate is organised, good with CRM systems and have a lively and engaging personailty.
