BACKGROUND SCREENING ANALYST NEEDED!
Work with us to help our clients protect their business! We have several full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5:30) vacancies for Background Screening Analysts, based at our Sevenoaks, Kent office. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, fast-growing company with great career prospects.

The starting salary is from £18,000 with OTE of £20,000. All staff are enrolled to our company profit share scheme within three months of joining.

As a Background Screening Analyst your day-to-day job involves completing checks including criminal record searches, academic verifications, social media reviews and employment referencing, on individuals hired by our clients. Our job is to make sure our clients are not exposed to fraud, theft or reputation damage through poor hiring decisions.

We look for people who are well-organised, able to multi-task and can who work to tight deadlines. As a minimum we would expect you to be adept in using Microsoft programmes, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Because the role involves direct contact with our clients and their employees, experience in customer service is useful, as is having a good telephone manner.
