Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful, hardworking individual who will grow with the company and add value to our team.
What you'll be doing:
Managing financials, payroll and producing management accounts
Managing purchasing process, maintaining stock level, coordinating with suppliers, shippers and warehouse to ensure optimal stock.
Assisting with day to day operations, order management, customer service and liasing with dispatch.
Ideal qualities :
Experience in accounting and finance.
Good communication skills.
Experience in stock management
Capable in Xero or similar systems, Microsoft office, email clients.
Employee will need to develop knowledge of our parts and their application, experience in automotive world or interest in cars might be an asset but this can be learnt on job with the right attitude.
