A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Assistant to join a specialist Payroll and Accounting firm in Canterbury.
- 3 years experience in payroll, preferably proficient in Sage Payroll and/or Just Accounts
- Payroll Qualification is desired but not compulsory if the above is met.
- Sales Ledger (raising invoices, posting payments, reconciliation of customers’ accounts)
- Purchase Ledger (posting invoices and payments on supplier accounts and reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts)
- Great Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bank Reconciliation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to manage workload and ensure deadlines are met
Ability to be a team player
