Currently we are looking for Production Machine Operator/Technicians to join our Conversion Dept. We are ideally looking for employees that have Machine Operator experience in the Corrugated Industry with a background in engineering or someone who has completed an apprenticeship or training in an engineering discipline and who are willing to learn and develop the skills required for this role. If you have experience and are interested in learning a challenging and varied role then this is an ideal opportunity for you. (This could be an ideal opportunity for someone just coming out of an engineering type of apprenticeship)
Training will be given to the right candidates.

Our shifts are static and we are currently recruiting across both shifts - 14:00 to 22:00 shifts. There will be a requirement to work a certain amount of overtime, as and when required, to cover extra open hours between the hours of 22:00 to 06:00 also occasional Saturdays.

Day to day duties for the initial role will include:
• On the machine training.
• Understanding and delivering Quality products.
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Finished goods handling
• Working with the engineering team

You will need to ensure that you are helping to produce a good quality product whilst maximising productivity and maintaining a safe environment.
