Our highly prestigious client are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support them on their customer service calls starting ASAP until September. This is a fantastic opportunity to both earn some money and also gain some excellent experience for your CV.
Duties will include:
* Responding to emails from clients regarding booking enquiries
* Handling high volume inbound calls from clients
* Building rapport
* Sending out quotes on email / letter and following this up
