Mid Kent multi site business is looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer to join the team in helping to deliver a first class recruitment service across the organisation.  Partnering with various stakeholders across the business, you`ll offer advice and a full recruitment service to ensure that job positions are advertised, sourced and recruited.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual and confident communicator and able to work quickly with an adaptive approach to work.

As a Recruitment Assistant you will be assisting with:

- Posting adverts to a number of different platforms, both internally and externally
- Supporting Managers with recruitment and resourcing queries
- Reviewing and accessing applications
- Arranging, planning and helping to conduct candidate interviews
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, juggling multiple tasks
- Carrying out general administrative duties, including reporting and KPI monitoring

Applications are sought from individuals with either an HR or internal recruitment background, with experience of managing multiple vacancies.  Good administration skills, with Word and Excel, alongside experience of competency based interviewing would be hugely beneficial.
