I'm working with a fab agency who are looking for an Operations/ Project Manager who can manage the internal and external production teams within the business to ensure the agency is running smoothly and clients have a high standard of service. This role contributes tot he overarching business strategy, ops planning and service delivery where you will closely be working with the MD and CD.
Key Responsibilities:
** Driving processes end-to-end
** Strategic operations input and quality control
** Ensuring all client contractual deadlines are met
** Devising timescales and ensuring projects stay within a designated scope and budget
** Organise and allocate resources
** Supporting with campaigns and creative briefs
** Manage invoices and purchase orders for external suppliers, tracking expenditure on
freelance resource
** Project management and resourcing
The right person has:
** Excellent knowledge of web and digital channels
** Experience with implementing project management tools
** A minimum of 3 years agency experience
** Super organised and focused
