An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Media Pre-Sales Consultant to join an industry-leading tech development house that is recognised internationally for its expertise in delivering sophisticated App and SAAS solutions. The office is based in Ashford and they are looking to work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week from home.
Responsibilities
· Attend meetings with customers to determine technical and business requirements in order to create design solutions
· Working alongside the sales leadership to identify and qualify business opportunities from a technical point of view
· Creating key customer technical requirements, objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers
· Providing technical expertise for complicated solutions
· Collaborate with the engineering team on technical solutions, during the development process, providing market/customer feedback/requirements
· Alerting the sales team of potential risks during deals closing deals
· Managing the technical relationship with customers
· Creating and executing demonstrations and proof of concepts for prospects
· Understanding cloud technology, data and storage types and experience in data migration
Skills
· Extensive experience in the role with experience in a customer-facing role
· Experience in Digital Media Industry
· Experience working with SAAS products
· Excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
· Passionate about building strong, trusted relationships with the sales team, the client services team and prospects and clients
· Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
· Experience working in a complex business environment with minimal infrastructure and support
