We have the pleasure of recruiting a Trade Counter and Warehouse Operative for a highly successful market leading company based in Bromley on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a bright and forward thinking company and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will need to be outgoing and enthusiastic with a can do attitude and have excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone. You will also need be fully IT literate.
Previous trade counter experience, including sales will be an advantage, however full training will be given in all aspects of the role including the till and customer management system.
The main duties will include answering the telephone, selling parts, dealing with customers face to face, demonstrating products along with assisting in the warehouse, picking and packing of goods.
Usual working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, however, the role is a varied one that requires flexibility regarding working hours to back up the team during the busy season and cover during staff absences.
You must have a full UK driving licence you could be doing local deliveries and own transport would be advantageous due to the location.
