We are looking for a Head of Property Services to work with our client in Kent on a permanent basis.

* Responsible for contracts being delivered efficiently and within budget
* Management of the Property team to ensure a top level of service.
* Undertake property surveys including schedule of works for tender.
* Provide quality assurance and management procedures
* Manage compliance, regulatory issues and relevant legislation.
* Provide strategy for all assets
* Manage and appoint consultants as required

Head of Property Services job requirements include:


* Member of RICS, CIOB or similar professional organisation
* Contract management skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience working in social housing
* Running repairs contract
* Budget management
