FloPlast is a manufacturer and supplier of plastic building and plumbing products to a portfolio of customers that include builders and plumbers merchants, plastic stockists and roofing merchants.

We are currently looking to appoint a Sales Office/Customer Service Apprentice
Hours of Work:-
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

You will receive in house training and external training to gain a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent position.

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in providing a professional service to existing and new customers. Duties will include answering incoming sales calls, filing, sending out samples, literature and mailshots, inputting orders and checking of orders already entered, dealing with discrepancies and collection notes, logging and passing on sales leads to the team of sales representatives, assisting sales representatives with administration/information support and general office administration and filing.

Candidates should be self-motivated, accurate and have good communication skills. A basic understanding of IT along with Maths and English of Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) is required.

This position offers a weekly wage of £212, Christmas bonus, pension scheme (subject to conditions) & 22 days holiday p.a.
